Registration, Payment, And Camp Details FAQs

  • You can register for all Philly Soccer Camps through the registration links listed on each camp page. Select the camp you want to attend, complete the online registration form, and submit payment to secure your spot.

  • Upcoming camp dates are listed on each camp page. Families should check the specific camp page for the most current dates, times, age groups, and registration links.

  • Camp fees vary by program, age group, and schedule option. Each camp page lists the current price, available options, and registration details.

  • Payment is completed online during registration. Available payment options will be shown during the checkout process.

  • Refund policies vary by camp type. Youth camp refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before camp. College ID Camp refund requests must be submitted more than 48 hours before camp, except injury-related requests, which require a doctor’s note. Refunds only apply to the camp fee paid to Philly Soccer Camps. Ryzer fees, processing fees, registration fees, and any additional insurance purchased during registration are not refundable through Philly Soccer Camps.

    Youth Camp Refund Policy

    We understand that family schedules can change, and we do our best to be fair while also protecting the staffing, facility, and planning costs required to run a quality camp.

    Refund requests for youth camps must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of camp. Approved refunds apply only to the camp fee paid to Philly Soccer Camps.

    Philly Soccer Camps does not refund registration platform fees, processing fees, Ryzer fees, insurance fees, or any additional insurance purchased during registration. Those fees are charged by third parties and are not controlled by Philly Soccer Camps.

    Refund requests made within 7 days of the start of camp will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A cash refund is not guaranteed during this window. When possible, Philly Soccer Camps may offer a future camp credit instead.

    Once camp begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, schedule conflicts, illness, injury, weather-related adjustments, or a player’s decision not to attend.

    If Philly Soccer Camps cancels a camp, families will receive either a refund of the camp fee or the option to transfer the registration to another available camp.

    College ID Camp Refund Policy

    College ID Camp refund policies are guided by NCAA rules and camp registration requirements.

    Refund requests for College ID Camps must be submitted more than 48 hours before the start of camp. Approved refunds apply only to the camp fee paid to Philly Soccer Camps.

    Philly Soccer Camps does not refund registration platform fees, processing fees, Ryzer fees, insurance fees, or any additional insurance purchased during registration. Those fees are charged by third parties and are not controlled by Philly Soccer Camps.

    Refund requests made within 48 hours of the start of camp are not eligible for a cash refund, except in the case of injury. Injury-related refund requests must include a doctor’s note in order to be considered.

    For non-injury requests made within 48 hours of camp, Philly Soccer Camps may offer a future camp credit when possible. Camp credits are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

  • Philly Soccer Camps are held at different locations in the Philadelphia area depending on the program. Many of our camps are hosted at Widener University in Chester, PA. Each camp page lists the exact location, address, check-in details, and registration information.

  • Check-in details are sent to registered families before camp begins. The email will include arrival time, check-in location, parking information, and any other important details for the first day.

  • All coaches are certified with relevant soccer coaching credentials and have extensive experience in college and youth soccer training. All staff are current college coaches or players! See attendance details in the information section of each camp! Lunch availability depends on the camp. Full-day camps may include or allow time for lunch, while half-day camps usually do not. Please check the specific camp page and pre-camp email for details.

  • The daily schedule depends on the camp, age group, and format. Most camps include technical training, small-sided games, competitions, breaks, and game-based learning. Soccer and Swim Camp also includes supervised swim time.

  • Players should bring a soccer ball, cleats or athletic shoes, shin guards, water bottle, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing. For Soccer and Swim Camp, players should also bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes.

  • We do our best to honor friend and teammate requests when possible. Group placement depends on age, ability level, camp numbers, and what creates the best experience for all players. If your child has a friend request, please include it during registration or email us before camp begins.

Training, Coaching, SaFety, and PLayer Expirience FAQs

  • Yes. Philly Soccer Camps offers youth soccer camps focused on technical skill development, confidence, decision-making, and game-based learning for players of different ages and ability levels.

  • Players will work on technical skills, decision-making, confidence, teamwork, communication, and game understanding. Training may include dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, defending, small-sided games, and age-appropriate competitions. Our goal is for each player to improve on the ball, understand the game better, and leave camp excited to keep playing.

  • Philly Soccer Camps are led by college coaches, experienced local coaches, and current or former college players. Staff may vary by camp, but every program is built around quality coaching, organization, and a positive player experience.

  • Our coaches bring experience from college soccer, youth soccer, high school soccer, and player development environments. Youth camp staff also complete required background clearances and safety requirements. All staff are current college coaches or players! See attendance details in the information section of each camp!

  • Yes. Our camps are led by Widener coaches, college coaches, experienced local staff, and standout college players.

  • Training focuses on technical skill development, decision-making, confidence, teamwork, small-sided games, and game-based learning. Older players may also receive position-specific training, fitness work, full-field play, and evaluation opportunities depending on the camp.

  • Yes, there is GK specific training at all Philly Soccer Camps! College ID Camps have College GK coaches and separate sessions from the ieYd players. For youth camps, GK training is built into the curriculum.

  • Players should bring their soccer gear, including boots, shin guards, and a water bottle. All other training equipment is provided. A specific check list of “what to bring” will be sent to you at least 48hrs of any PSC event.

  • Safety is our top priority. We follow strict protocols, including regular safety drills and always having certified medical staff on site for our college ID clinic. Player safety is a priority at every Philly Soccer Camps program. Staff are expected to follow camp safety procedures, supervise players throughout the day, monitor weather conditions, and communicate important updates to families.

  • Staff-to-player ratios vary by camp size and format, but we work to keep groups organized, safe, and developmentally appropriate. Our goal is to make sure players receive instruction, feedback, and supervision throughout the camp day.
